I've been learning Latin for 8 years, why isn't it on the list :colbert:
I'm learning Spanish, On my fourth year this year.
Dear god I suck at languages.
If I had to pick one that I would like to learn, it would be japanese, or russian.
Not much use for them where I live though :saddowns:
I'd like to learn polnish, since my roots* are in poland.
* Well, my grandparents were born in germany, as well as my parents, but the grandparents of my grandparents(little bit confusing right now, right?) lived in a part of germany, which belonged to poland, before the 2nd world war.
Esperanto would be nice to learn too, since it's a non-common language today.
But I'm happy with my two languages, german and english, pretty much all I need for my life. Gotta say that learning english only in school sucked ass, didn't teach me a lot(tbh just the basics), still having problems with finding the right words or grammar. Don't want to start talking about pronunciation...
Now that I think about it, the internet really helped me improve my english, especially the time when I was mostly writing with english guys.
I want to learn Spanish.

Fuck practicality, learn what you want to learn. That's what I'm doing.
Learning French
I only know shit like counting to twenty and greetings right now
Freshmen year of high school, I was all pumped to learn a new language and French was the only one there. So I took French, got quarter of the year through, and realized it was utterly horrible. So I slept the rest of the year and still managed to ace the exam and tests. We had a horrible teacher anyway, she didn't pronounce the language correctly. I'd much rather take Russian anyways, but they don't offer it anywhere near me.
I'm learning German :buddy:
Trying to learn Spanish, German and Finnish
The majority of the votes are "Voted all because I can"
Filipino.
I work with a fair amount of them, and they learnt english, some are better than others... Which makes me want to learn a bit of their language to help facilitate communication.
Plus i would like to have a second language.
Actually the term for the language is Tagalog, Pretty much everything you see in the Philippines has english writing on it due to the American colonization
Currently just American sign language.
I am going to be learning French soon.
I'm finishing a Romanian course now, gonna tackle French next.
It's quite difficult learning a new language from the ground up.
Perl
I'm learning German at the moment. I also wouldn't mind learning French, Arabic and Russian.
Want to learn Russian, need to relearn how to read traditional Chinese characters. I can speak Cantonese fluently though.
Currently learning Spanish, want to learn Russian, and I don't know if Australian counts but I want to learn that too.
Taking Spanish right now because I was doing performing arts during my freshman and sophmore year. For some reason though I'd really like to learn Russian, German, or Mandarin Chinese.
The high school that I'm going to next year only has 3 options, French, Maori and Japanese, I'm not interested in Maori and Japanese was way too hard when I tried to do it two years back, so I'm going with French.
I took two years of introductory German in high school, didn't pay attention, but I've been wanting to relearn the fundamentals for a while now. I really want to learn Spanish too, and maybe French. And maybe relearn most of the Vietnamese I forgot in elementary school.

I am from sweden, we have english lessons in school and i want to learn russian. We have russian lessons but i'm choosed other stuff to read and i'm really bad at language.
I'm in the process of becoming fluent in French and I'm rather good at it, if you reckon with the fact that I recently flirted with this hotass lifeguard chick in French.
