That's not how an adult would handle the situation. You need to grow up and if something that small is causing your veins to pop in your head I suggest getting some anger management. All you had to do was say "Hey man, the line is back here"..if he ignores/refuses "Hey dude, not really sure what you're problem is, but we were standing here waiting and you cut us" (notice the lack of threats against the 14 year old). If he refuses, learn how to say "ok whatever, man. you want to be an asshole then go ahead" and it would have taken him 10 seconds to pay for his drink and leave the store, and you'd never even see him again. Instead you chose to make a scene over a small issue because you apparently see some little kid being rude to you as a threat to your masculinity (which shows a bit of insecurity). I've seen an 18 year old get charged with assault on a minor after fighting a 16 year old (which the 18 year old lost the fight lol) before so I think you're treading in some pretty dangerous waters. Of course you're going to get cheered on by the facepunch forums, they love to read stories like this and most people who post here don't care if you get arrested. Honestly just learn how to brush off the small things like that in life.
