Weak strawman.
Oh ok, for some reason I had already though I'd addressed this argument directly several times over. Silly me. Well, here it is: He shouldn't have gotten into a fight with a 14-year-old in the first place. And, judging by his pride in stealing cigarettes from kids and pushing them around when they try to stand up to this random self-righteous prick going around stealing their possessions, it's a bit of a hobby for him.
No one is saying he is right to brag. I would expect the kid to brag not the 19 year old.
True story, the kid has been immortalized as the hardcore bloke who copped a punch by this 20 year old, and lived to tell the tale.
If someone says "I'll rip your fucking head off if you don't clean your room", the point is that you should clean your room, not that you're going to be attacked if you don't Well that's a solution, but the thing here is that the kid is being a real asshole and OP gets (rightfully) very mad about this.
Your mom =/= a stranger Sorry, I should have made that clear from the beginning. My bad.
I Fucking love you OP. :3:
Some of you might remember the thread I made about how I confiscated some cigarettes from a group of 12 - 13 year olds and pushed one of them around as self defence. No, this isn't something I do for a hobby, it's just something that happens.
Oh god your that guy, moral police
Somehow I've never ended up in a fight with someone who weighs so much less than me, so I've never been able to pass a person who weighed so little off. [editline]19th April 2011[/editline] I don't know, you fucking dickhead. :psyduck:
I made the mistake of doing so with a ~49 kilo kid with a jackhammer for a right arm. Luckily for me he held his left too low.
Oh god your that guy, moral police
If he doesn't steal cigarettes from teenagers, THEN WHO WILL? Please, think of the children
My point about restraining the kid was that what's more awesome? Winning a fight with a lesser opponent? Or showing that you have a capability to win, but you have the internal strength to only use as much force is necessary to prove that you can, and are too manly to beat this deserving but lesser kid?
Your mom =/= a stranger Sorry, I should have made that clear from the beginning. My bad.
If a stranger says "If you don't go to the back of the line right now I'll rip off your moustache", then you know very well that he isn't planning on attacking you
I always thought it was better to make love and not violence. Unless you count the threat as a part of the fight.

Never mind how completely unnecessary it is to threaten people who cut you in line. I thought we left that behind in 3rd grade.
So what? He kicked some douchebag 14 year olds ass... Hope that little faggot learn that you should show some respect and if you pick with the wrong people that might happend. That little kid is lucky to pick at the exact right guy as you op didn't wear a knife or any kind of weapon to seriously harm this kid.
I think kids needs for looking tough is incredibly stupid. I don't know why every douche bag 14 year old feels like they need to prove something to every guy who's bigger then them.
I made the mistake of doing so with a ~49 kilo kid with a jackhammer for a right arm. Luckily for me he held his left too low.
The whole time I wasn't talking about these streetfighter kids who train every minute of their life, I was talking about your average, kinda skinny, station rat, the one most likely to pick a fight. In fights I've never been much of a puncher, which also explains my view a bit. I think that's because I can generally overpower people in close, but they can do a fair bit of damage at punching distance. Eh, each to their own.

While I admire the fact that you showed the kid who is boss, you could have done it without actually hurting him. What does it take to pin someone to the ground or throw them down with minimal injury?
You can't not get in a fight with someone throwing punches at you at that range. Unless you count the threat as a part of the fight.
Are you implying that someone would be throwing punches at a range further than arm's length? wat And yes, as I've stated in practically every post I have in this thread, he instigated the fight with threatening the kid rather than just thinking "wow, what a piece of shit" and letting it go.
It's hard to get any person in a hold like that without training them or stunning them first.
I'm assuming that you have the training or speed to at least grab the kid when he makes a clumsy punch.

I love you
Call it threatening all you want, but that is so not the point.
Would you call it something other than a threat? It's certainly not an afternoon greeting. And yes, I understand the point you're making is that you'd like to justify a grown man (lol, well maybe not in this particular case) beating up a teenager and then sharing this story with the pride of a new mother. My point is that any rational person would avoid the situation entirely, if only to avoid having charges pressed for assault on a minor--though I'd hope the average person would have moral reasoning aside from that. Obviously you are not included in that perception.
And yes, I understand the point you're making is that you'd like to justify a grown man beating up a teenager and then sharing this story with the pride of a new mother.
uhh what, I never said it was good of him to be proud of what he did by sharing it with us. Infact, I even said that it was pretty stupid. However, if he got attacked first (and he did got attacked first), then he had imo all the right to punch him in the face
Oh, this guy. Moving on...
In honesty, the kid deserved it. If a guy that was 4-8 years older that told me not to cut in line or he'll hit me, I would listen to him. Not try to fucking hit him in the face, that is retarded.
