It's plainly obvious that he's not being serious in any of the stupid shit he says. The whole "nigger" thing with Tana was intended to show how hypocritical she was. She has said it before, she probably still said it here and there around the time the Content Cop on her hit, but she made a HUGE deal out of Ian's comment to her. The purpose was to expose her for her shitty character. This is no different. RiceGum legitimately asked a girl if it felt good while being raped, and treated the entire thing like it was some kind of a joke. Someone confided that information to him and he passed it off as humor (and also streamed it for everyone to hear about it). This is a very different scenario from comedically telling someone named Garfield on Twitter that you're going to rape them.

Obviously, I mean we all know iDubbz isn't a racist. I mean, if he was a racist, he'd be a part of a wierd cult in white hoods and hanging around with other known racists like PewDiePie.

Ian has explained this a couple of times I believe, once during the tana cc. By demonizing anyone using the word nigger, you give it power as a tabu. By using it as a part of everyday conversation, any not in a serious derogatory way, you desensitize yourself and everyone around to it, eventually changing its meaning.
