Pisses me off, the way they announce they’ll be doing a track/album and “give music a go”, then they actually sell their music and make money because they have a following. It happens whenever stuff like this happens. The assumption is that the offending channel will tank but frankly people are fuckin' idiots and he's getting a lot of exposure, so it's a natural thing. Leafy was a bit of a rare case because he had a bit of a quintet of things against him. He has shitty content, a shitty personality, a shitty response, and a shitty, already tanking genre to work with, as well as being a medium-sized channel to begin with.
RiceGum, unfortunately, is at least working in a genre that's super popular right now and has a significant number of subscribers, so while this is likely going to change opinions on him, he'll still be able to ride his "popularity" for a while until his inevitable fade into obscurity.

Well that was FouseyTube, a YouTuber in the past who decided to work with RiceGum to raise awareness of how YouTube drama is so bad and how all the drama or news channel are a problem or whatever.
It's kind of funny to think that this guy once advocated against drama, only to turn out to be a person who literally thrives on drama.
