If they're still doing it after repeatedly getting fined out the ass there isn't much else they can do.

If you get repeated warning and fines and you still keep going with the party house, you clearly aren't learning and should move. Same thing if you keep racking up violations with your vehicle. Eventually, someone is gonna step in and ban you from using it.

Is this ordinance in any way related to the whole Jake Paul fiasco? The clogged streets and safety concerns sound word for word what some of the neighbors in that situation were saying.

At best, I think JP was a factor in this ordinance, not really responsible for it.

As other people have said you'll be given fines and warnings and if you keep it up then they will get rid of you.
