Ian is proof that what you say and do on the internet never goes away. People should really learn to not be assholes.
This goes two ways honestly, but in this case it's all in the good because Rice has a huge history of being a huge ass towards others. But i think Ian knows what's he's doing.
I was really expecting the next Content Cop video to be about Miyazaki from Samurai Buyer, since he's been getting a lot of heat for his shitty business practices. Hope he's still planning on doing it though.

Hope he's still planning on doing it though.
Nothing wrong with his business practices, I can't believe one man can make feature-length anime, make games at From Software and find the time to send Japanese stuff to Youtubers
But there's nothing that he can do to get past the whole rape comments, harassing women online, and his comments about underaged girls.
This right here is the big problem. Doesn't matter if he was being self-deprecating in light of some of the lesser allegations, because the major allegations against him reveal some pretty heinous stuff. The best possible response isn't to laugh it off and take it in stride, it's to shut the fuck up and pray it blows over, because smiling and joking in light of your disgusting rape comments being made public just makes you look even more disgusting.
RiceGum’s response so far only proves Ian’s point further Just about every fucking shot in that video had “check this expensive shit out” written all over it
RiceGum’s response so far only proves Ian’s point further Just about every fucking shot in that video had “check this expensive shit out” written all over it
I'm not positive but I feel like he is doing that on purpose. I mean come on, that billiards shot was so stupidly easy that he's practically begging Ian to make fun of it.
I'm not positive but I feel like he is doing that on purpose. I mean come on, that billiards shot was stupidly easy that he's practically begging Ian to make fun of it.
He's doing exactly what he did in the video begging for a Content Cop video in the first place: suggesting things for iDubbbz to make fun of in hopes that he nibbles on all the light stuff and stays away from the creepy shit like asking a rape victim live on stream if she enjoyed it, or intentionally violating girls' privacy by broadcasting their calls while lying that he wasn't streaming (possibly a criminal act). Here, iDubbbz, make fun of my rich house, my conspicuous consumption, my brand whoreness, and the cash gun... not the rape comments and the privacy violations and the hypocritical whining about my privacy and the countless comments objectifying women. Dude thinks iDubbbz is dumb enough to throw him in that specific briar patch he explicitly and stridently identifies as a terrible thing instead of deciding for his gay retard self if there are better targets.

This feels like porn. Like this man is trying to moneyshot his own house.
Has Boyinaband's behind the scenes video been posted here yet ?
I agree, that was probably the best move he could possibly make, until he started on about how he was going to take a few days to form a response. If he made a joke after that about calling up his ghost writers to help him, that would've been even better. But there's nothing that he can do to get past the whole rape comments, harassing women online, and his comments about underaged girls. Still expecting him to do take 10 steps backwards and do something to warrant [del]an arrest[/del] a content deputy episode.
I feel like if he played it right, he could have just ended it with this video and taking it in stride that "idubbbz is too good and I can't say anything back, so I don't really have a response". Though at the same time, he could have not made a video at all to say the same thing. So I dunno.
God what a fucking tool. [editline]3rd October 2017[/editline] That diss was FIRE, tho.
Here's a video from the ghost writer's perspective:
The creative process is endlessly wonderful, really enjoyed this!
I just don’t know how these idiots, time and time again completely fail to realize that they need to actually think about a response. Like holy shit this isn’t just a diss track (which destroyed him oh my god) but a critical analysis of unedited statements that you made ON CAMERA. Like 75% of the video is purely his own footage, yet he doesn’t even think that he has other options other than being a twat about it. Take it on the chin at least

"i use my money to make my channel better!"

Best content cop video. My half an hour was well spent, I actually feel like watching it again a few more times.
Who the fuck records themselves "making it rain" money onto homeless people. It's nice that he let them keep the money but goddamn that's degrading as fuck.
It's extremely disrespectful
I love how Content Cop is #1 trneding, the song on iDubbz alt is #3 and boyinaband Behind the Scenes is #4. Talk about full public display exposure. Thanks Ian and Dave for this wonderful gift to humanity. Is this the equivalent of a public execution?
I don't see it on the Top Trending in the US. I assume Youtube doesn't like iDubbbz for obvious reasons.
Here in Australia, the Content Cop itself is #1, the track is #4 and the making of is #6 So proud of Ian
ricegum has lost ~19k subs on the day the video released and has already lost 8k today and wednesday hasn't even hit the west coast of the US yet
ricegum has lost ~19k subs on the day the video released and has already lost 8k today and wednesday hasn't even hit the west coast of the US yet
it's only a microscopic dent in his subscriber count though
friendly reminder that leafy has like double the subs he had when idubbz roasted him
there is no justice
friendly reminder that leafy has like double the subs he had when idubbz roasted him, this won't affect ricegum at all (besides possible legal repercussions)
Look at his views nowadays, his channel has gone waaaay down hill compared to before the content cop.
Look at his views nowadays, his channel has gone waaaay down hill compared to before the content cop.
Don't think content cop has a lot to do with that. The reason he got so many views was because his videos were recommended on pretty much any video on Youtube because he uploaded daily, but then suddenly the algorithm stopped favoring him, resulting in him getting less views.
I don't see it on the Top Trending in the US. I assume Youtube doesn't like iDubbbz for obvious reasons.
Yeah, it's mysteriously absent from the trending list in United States, but it's trending #1 in almost every other English-speaking region.
it's only a microscopic dent in his subscriber count though
it's a small dent, sure, likely not meaning much in the grand scheme, but i found it funny he lost more subscribers today than he had gained on any other individual day this month
Well, if I recall, eDoobz did mention he's not there to shut down channels on the Content Deputy on Leafy video. Seeing damage done to these garbage individuals, enough to make them lose credibility, is what makes Content Cop great. Not to forget the constant increase in effort and quality of each video compared to the previous one.
By 2020, I expect Content Cop to be the length and quality akin to a Hollywood movie.
When idubbbz finally does a Content Cop on Jake Paul it'll be given a theatrical release
Here in Australia, the Content Cop itself is #1, the track is #4 and the making of is #6 So proud of Ian
The reaction video is just under it :v:
