Just because people can't afford big monitors doesn't mean we should be banned for it. It isn't our fault.
You can get monitors second hand in working condition for like 30 pounds.
No, most people in this day and age have big monitors and internet that's faster than 2mb/s
I would like to see where you pulled out this information. Even if that were true, what about the minority? Are you saying that since most people are not handicapped we should get rid of street ramps? I believe website developers are taught to build websites that has universal usability, with suitable text and colors for everyone. But anyway, I don't think it should be bannable, just looked down upon.
having a really small moniter should be a bannable offense
fuck you guys your poor lol
The problem isn't the huge pictures, it's when people post a huge picture and people will be so fucking stupid and quote that picture over and over again when it's already just like a few posts above them.
Get a bigger monitor. And a faster connection.
What if the pictures are larger than full HD monitors resolution?
The annoying thing is when you put up a huge picture and then some guy quotes your hole post without thumbing the picture, right next to you just to write "cool" or something.
I don't agree with banning posters not thumbing images (most people just think if it fits within the dimensions of their display, then it's really not that big of a image.) But I do agree with the above quotation.
Sometimes a post calls for a full bodied image.
Oh no, if we get mediatags back, garry wont be able to browse facepunch on his iPad :downs:
It's 130 against 130 votes. How controversial I voted no, because sure it's a bit nicer to scroll over a smaller image, but it's really not so bad that anyone should get banned for it.
This poll's not too biased.
My desktop's screen is somewhere around 20". As wide as that is, I'd still like to be able to fit it all in one viewing area. MEDIA TAGS PLEASE!
i say anything over 1280x1024 is too big
Holy shit i made the votes even. 142 vs 142. i voted yes though
No, most people in this day and age have big monitors and internet that's faster than 2mb/s
this is why
I don't mind large images, as long as idiots don't quote them.
I fucking hate it because when I try go on a thread on Facepunch using my phone, it crashes the browser. And 19" 4:3
It's because your phone is running out of memory.[Img_thumb] won't help you since it doesn't actually make the file size of the pictures smaller.
