Someone please make a Photography sim for this, with Canon, Hasselblad & Nikon, etc bodies and hundreds of interchangeable lenses.
When you take a pic, it buffers a single frame and renders it slowly over however-many-frames at insane resolution.
Pokemon Snap 2, powered by Cryengine 3.
if that tessellated frog is ingame i'm buying this day one
Say what you will about the gameplay direction the series is taking, Crytek can make one hell of a graphics engine. Hopefully this is well-optimized.
I'm so sick of F2P games. They end up being more expensive than just paying $60 up front. And it's EA so you know it will be P2W or a huge ripoff.
EA doesn't own Crytek you know.
this better have tactical espionage features, that would mean being able to eat animals you've killed and captured
Crytek:
-amazing 3d environments and rendering systems
-pigeons still move like they're made of plastic
"Tessellated Vegetation"
Beautiful.
yet i'd still play minecraft over crysis 2/3, and i don't even like minecraft
The frog looks real.
Remember Crysis 2 low resolution textures? Hopefully we don't see that...

So it's my fault if art turns out poorly because I commissioned an artist to draw it?

Analogy too obscure, could not comprehend
I thought it was a joke, then when I actually saw it I thought it was quite funny. I wish they turned it into a CryToad with a suit and super strength and stuff.
Right now, no. UE4 still is simply announced I believe. Even then, CryEngine 2-3 were out much sooner than UE4. I'd say they still have a place in game history.
What are you talking about? They've already released two videos on game trailers about it

Artist draws things for money.
Commissioner pays artist to draw something.
Artist = developer
Commissioner = Publisher
Sorry if it was 2deep4u, hopefully I made it more clear.

I also kinda worded it like garbage, so that didn't help.

What does this have to do with anything
If youre talking about engines Minecraft is voxel based and is unoptomised as shit compared to crytek
So either youre starving for attention or youre trying to spark a fire

Minecraft... more like mine-graphics are shit. Heh heh, am I right? Yeah. Or, or more like legos. Yeah! Haha. Yeah...
Imagine if you could touch everything in videogames. Using the Revel, a hyper advanced version of the kinect and an Oculus Rift. It would be pretty sweet to play Crysis 3 with that setup.
