I'm not going to jump in on the argument, really. I just have to say something.
I fucking hate being American at this point. Not for any typical reason, and I don't mean it in a way of OH HURR I HATE AMERICA I'M IN IT LOVE ME. I just.... it used to stand for so much. It had a reason to exist, it seemed like a great, noble country. Something for countries to aspire to be, perhaps. But slowly, the politicians and the idiots began to take hold, and we've arrived to where we are now. An annoying, fractioned country consistently infighting over whose political cock is larger, and a body of people that seem so stupid we get results as seen in the videos posted previously. Really, they found the stupidest people they could, and I'm sure for every one of them there were 10 people who could answer correctly, but they're still around, and that's still only 1:10 in favor of intelligence.
I just hate how I can't be proud to be an American anymore because of how foolish much of the country is, if not at the very least the vocal minority. Perhaps I could at some point in the past, the DISTANT past, but not these days. In the eventuality of going to another country, I'd have to fake an accent or say I'm a Canadian as to avoid being lambasted and seen as nothing but a typical Cheeseburger American.

They deserve plenty of credit in WWII.

Note that the Soviets took up approximately 90% of the Wehrmacht on the Eastern Front. Also, the ENTIRE Waffen-SS was sent there also.
America deserves credit, sure, but the Soviets did far more militarily.
American hate comes from the fact that we have a large, well sustained country and one of the best economies in the world. Most of the haters are Brits that are butthurt because the only useful thing they invented is Viagra. Also food in Britain tastes very bad. You don't know shitty food until you've tried fish n' chips.

Some of the game develops for some of the GTA series were Scottish. Bill Gates was born in America, he lived in America, he went to college in America, and founded Microsoft in America. Get your facts straight.

I said they DID play a major role, but Britain and the Soviet Union played larger roles and were bigger parts in Germany's defeat. Yes, the Americans supplied the industry and some military, but most of the military affairs were handled by Britain and the SU, whilst industry was handled by America.
It was a tri-partite effort. Britain supplied the logistics, America the industry, SU the military.
