I agree with the OP. Obama, Hitler, Churchill were/are the leader of their respective country. Hitler made the choice to start a war. Bad. Churchill made the decision to ask the US for help. Good. Obama made the decision to pull almost all the US forces out of Iraq. Bad. We didn't have ANY say in it. They did it all on their own. DO NOT criticize a country for the decisions they have no say in. If the people of the country have a say in the decision, and they make a bad one, fire away.
