I wish I could have sleep paralysis of where I am having sex with Naomie Harris
So just a few hours ago, I dreamed that I was in a long tunnel, looking for a way out the other end. I give up and leave the tunnel for a little while. When I attempted to go in there again, I saw police lines erected throughout the tunnel. My first thought was "There must've been a murder." So I went in to investigate. The tunnel was also a little bit flooded at this point.
Then I heard footsteps. I looked for a place to hide so that they won't find me. But the footsteps grew louder and at this point, I'm convinced that whoever it was would find me. So I woke up.
Then I heard footsteps AGAIN, only this time, my eyes are open. Next thing I know, this shadowy figure came up to my face, while I was still laying down. I couldn't move, and I swear I actually felt it breathe on me. I tried to scream, but the most I could get out was a moan. By the time I could move my arm to touch the figure, it disappears.
I envy anyone who has never suffered sleep paralysis before.
I've had an extremely similar experience, though I do not remember the dream the sleep paralysis phase was almost identical with a few different details here and there. I posted what happened to me in a sleep paralysis thread a while back, might as well post it again.
I woke up from a dream not being able to move, for some reason this did not cross my mind as something weird. That is until I heard foot steps or more like shuffling noises, it seemed to originated from the bottom left corner of my room and it slowly got louder as it made its way towards me. At this point I was freaking the fuck out and tried to scream, all I got out was a slight moan(just as what happened to you) as the shuffle of footsteps got closer, I could make out what appeared to be a shadowy figure from the corner of my eye.
This figure made its way right up to me(mind you I was positioned looking upwards and slightly to the right), I felt and saw what appeared to seem like the figure place both its arms on my bed, one on each side of me(I swear I felt the bed shifted as this occured) and slowly lower its self towards me, again I tried to scream and all that came out was another moan. The figured then got up and started to move towards the foot of my bed and towards the other side, just as this happened I was suddenly able to move and the hallucination stopped. I can honestly say it was the most terrifying experience of my life.

Thats funny. :cawg:
My worst episode was when I was up until 3:00 (am), I watched alot of giygas.
So when I woke up about 10:00 (am) I saw my mother dead on the ground rotting, and my door slowly opened i heard a voice.
It said "It hurts it hurts" red smoke starting filling the room, i shat bricks then i saw a face form.
I Also saw the whole party from mother 2 battle him,
from now on giygas scares me.
Never had sleep paralysis, but wouldn't wearing one of those masks that block out light and everything work to keep it from being as bad?

That would stop the visual hallucinations but you would still hear things like footsteps/voices/ect.

I'm guessing ear plugs wouldn't help because it's an "in your head" thing?

Pretty much.
I Actually learned to cope with it I know nothing in my dreams can hurt me.
Sleep paralysis is a condition that actually happens to me and my best friend regularly without us trying to. It's so fucking terrifying sometimes.
It happens to me everytime I go to sleep, even in daytime.
But half year later I learned to control that a bit so it's a bit better now.
Wonder why everyone seems to have shadowy figures.
if i was a religious man, i would link it to something.
but im not..
This isn't sleep paralysis but it's similar.
I once had a dream that I was in a battle, giving support to other troops from a window, and I got backstabbed. When I woke up, my back really felt like someone stabbed me with a machete.
Do it again
I've had some pretty fucked up sleep paralysis phenomena happening to me sometimes but rarely, basically I get the basic sleep paralysis shit, however when I try screaming or moving I actually move my physical body and run around the room screaming on the top of my lungs waking my parents up. While all that is happening, ''in my own eyes'' I'm still lying in bed trying to move or to scream. When I finally wake up my heart is racing and I'm fucking terrified
Pretty spooky shit there.
I think the worst Sleep Paralysis I've ever gotten was something like this.
It originally started with me in third person watching a sunset just imagining random ass shit, and from the cliff side I could see something near the shoreline I attempted to get a closer look, and I ended up falling off the cliff. The fall seemed almost endless, but I didn't fall down into the cliff side, I began falling into what would feel like a fall of memories...
The terror of past events that have left me somewhat fucked in the head for awhile ringed out, and many things that changed my lifes began appearing... I finally hit the ground which evidently was a surgery table where a darkened figure which I could not see began ripping of my limps before cutting open my gut, and placing drugs into my now empty carcass. I tried screaming, and attempted to wakeup, but it was hopeless... I began playing off into the next sequence where thoughts began screeching names of people, and basically came forward with saying, "Kill them"
This was about three months ago... I haven't done any form of sleep paralysis since.
