True Otherkins exist but the people who say 'I identify as a ____kin and my pronouns are __e and ___er' and self-insert themselves into every conversation are not actually real people. The true Otherkins don't use special pronouns and they aren't narcissistic, they actually have mental problems that force them to develop personas in order to interact more closely with other people. If you meet these people in real life or elsewhere online they're actually pretty normal, it's only in their personal life or in specific forums that they do their pretending to be an animal thing.
Take this guy, for example. He works as a regular retail guy in his career life and is totally normal, but at home he pretends to be a baby and his GF looks after him, feeds him and rocks him to bed in a giant crib. Do you think he's doing this for nefarious purposes or because he was seeking attention, or does he genuinely have a psychological condition that makes him want to do this?

A person doesn't have to have a condition to have retarded habits and interests.
Plus even if they do have some kind of stuff like that, it doesn't mean they're shielded from being laughed at the moment their... personal things start leaking into a public place. As I've said, if you have something like that - seek help, that's your problem.

Actually, most of the crazy redpillers I've seen are either people who used to be radical feminists and then became really jaded and switched sides to the other extreme (so just as radical but on the other side) when they realised how full of crap their previous views were, or they are really jaded people who either had or knew someone who had 5 divorces and crippling child support/allimony costs. Radical feminists themselves often have crippling anxiety and borderline personality disorder, they really do believe the world is against them. Alternatively, they were men who were so desperate for love and acknowledgement from the opposite sex that they decide to champion what they saw as women's causes and use their new found power to beat up other men in order to get back at those guys who stole their women away (of course it doesn't work and then they get jaded and become radical redpillers).
I believe there's a reason why most people think the way they do. I don't disagree that many of these people have mental disorders but I don't think they do what they do just because they can. There aren't enough sociopaths in the world to justify that. Most of these guys are just flawed people, and they aren't hurting anyone. Unless you can truly say you are the perfect model of humanity and have never done anything wrong, how can you judge anyone else when you haven't had the same life experience.

Go ahead and laugh at him, just don't expect him to change. Do you really think a man who dresses like a baby really cares what you think about him? Moreover, why would he allow Dr.Phil to do an episode and an interview on him if he was worried about public opinion?
