I know someone 12 years old and 5"11. Tall as my dad :wtc:
Try drinking alot of milk, that's what I did when I was young, and I'm now taller than my dad, he is 6'1
im 6'5, when I was 13 I was 5'11
I honestly think that drinking plenty of milk really helps with growth and bones and such, whenever I feel sore or my bones are cracking, a glass of milk usually helps this.
Okay, let me tell you about something I saw on TV.
It was about this guy that was unnaturally short. It wasn't dwarfism, but he wasn't at a normal height either.
They did this thing where the doctors broke the bones in his arms and legs and then fit special braces to them. These braces could be adjusted. Every day, they moved the braces out about 10 millimeters outward. This caused the dude's bones to continuously keep growing to try and heal. After a year or so I think it was, he had "grown" a foot taller.
Other than being bedridden for a year, there weren't any bad side effects.
Do exercises that build up your intervertebrael (sp?) muscles.
There is the big kind of tall, and then there is the skinny stretched kind of tall. I am the latter, it is supreme faggotry.
Growth Hormones injected directly into your ass cheek.
My uncle is 211 cm :saddowns:
You stop growing around about 20-22. Just eat loads of protein until then and you should reach a good height.

You usually stop in height before then. I'm 19 and I haven't grown in height for at least 6 months. You start to fill out, become more man shaped when you get later into your teens, your arms and stuff become more thick and stuff, like adults.
