I thought all the smoke and stuff was apart of the "UFO" at first, and was like :byodood: holy balls that's fucking huge. Then I saw it was a little craft emitting a lot of smoke, so who knows.

dammit it isn't real :smithicide:
It's probably a minotaur rocket that misfired. The Chinese government may have been launching classified materials into space, which is why they concealed the whole thing.

Damn, triple ninja'd.
Had me going for a second there, right up until I read Timebombs post.
Holy fuck that's not a weather balloon
That looks amazing! Would be the Chinese using a Firework-esque rocket :P
Weather balloon.
Jesus fucking Christ, you can see it break the sound barrier at 0:31
To be honest I don't think it's a human aircraft, but that doesn't mean it's aliens either, for all we know it could be a weird meteor.
for the how high it is and how it is moving it is already going faster than sound
Looks like a comet to me.
but at one point it clearly breaks the sound berier
Its one of the Transformers returning to earth...
but at one point it clearly breaks the sound berier
FFS watch the video I posted. That's the second stage of the rocket firing, not it breaking the sound barrier.
A comet flying into the atmosphere would most certainly break the sound barrier.
It's not a comet. It's at a horizontal angle, and is consistent. It isn't on a collision course.
PLUS, some astronomical observatory would have detected a comet on a collision course with earth far beforehand. We only know of one or two that pass through this system regardless.
If it has to do with the possibility of Alien life, the results always disappoint me.
I like how if you read a news article it will say it was hovering, but in the video it's shown moving.
-Debris
-Missile
-Aircraft
not an alien.
Comets dont fly in a straight line 1000 feet off the ground
Even if it isn't real, the video was still really touching. Maybe it was the music in the background, but it really made it all spectacular.
Just for the sake of it, i saw something like this when i was younger. :buddy: It fell from the sky, like a spherical thing, but for some weird reason i walked away from watching it :argh:
It was a compulsion field emitted by the UFO that caused you to walk away, only rational explanation.
ITT people debate about an already solved mystery.
ITT people debate about an already solved mystery.
It's only on the second page, calm down.
And even if it is solved, can we no longer talk about it?
Naw dude it's a fucking shockwave mang.
Its a communist comet.
Swamp gas.
iron giant, i will miss you.
-snip- its just a minitoar missile... damn no aliens yet
Could be an airplane with a sprinkler :v:
[editline]09:21AM[/editline]
Oh it is already solved
That looks awesome, and thats all that really matters.
It would slow down, not speed up. An object from space would decelerate due to atmospheric friction. As this object is accelerating, it must have some sort of engine. Probably a rocket or missile test.
Aww i was so interested, then i found out its just Kazakhstan* 30th June 2010 rocket launch.
I have a couple theories.
1. Chinese military testing rocket, aircraft, etc.
2. New cloud seeding technology.
3. A whale learned how to fly.
