Fakefactory Cinimatic Mod Final Version Preview (???) - General

We should get a ton of FP users to sign up on his forums and praise the mod for a week, then after that have every one completely shit on it and talk about everything wrong with it. Hell, if they all posted constructive criticism in a friendly way he would probably still flip his shit

Some of the scenery and maps looks pretty good. But the filters and contrast are just so overdone.

Alright, this game is almost a decade old on its own the visuals were impressive for a very long time especially compared to other games, it really pushed the envelope but after ten years you can't make it look impressive, no matter how much space your textures take up.

What the fuck did he do to the coast, it looks like he turned it into a forest or some shit.

Better textures would make it look better, but this guy fucked the lighting up, is using unfitting textures, etc.

Bandwagoning aside, this looks quite sexy compared to stock hl2.

Actually a lot of people like his shit Which makes it worse because then you notice that a lot of people think making a game look like a JJ abrams movie is good graphics, and probably wouldn't even notice the improved graphics in something like the Enhancement mod

The Enhancement Mod at least tries to stay true to the overall feel of HL2, and I love it so far.

I'd put in my own opinion if it didn't drag my system through the mud.
