GMT +1 (same as UTC+1 iirc), it helps to add an additional clock to keep track of time easier.

Also, just a heads up: the time you gave for the stream to start (19:00 GMT+1) was incorrect; you started it at 18:00 in that time zone. If you're using Britain as a time zone reference, we're actually on BST currently, which is GMT+1.

Well, the commercials are part of the subbed video so it will be some time before they are removed. But who knows, maybe they will get removed quicker than I think. Also Yamasaki is no more, only Tsukatei Hosei now.
