Probably nothing, I think they just have to include it otherwise you would have no way of downloading another browser on a fresh windows install.
Or I guess they get all that web data they collect from you.
For a professional ad, that's some pretty bad cropping.

There was a time when it was on Mac. But it was as relevant as Safari on Windows.
