Looks fucking awesome.
Nothing will ever replace my beloved System Shock 2 though. :3:
If final game is like this I will buy. Also that guy in the beginning who was rallying empty chair looked like a hologram to me.
these games never seem to catch on with me, finished the first one with distaste and didn't even finish the second. Doubt I'll even play this one. Also, scary? What are you, 8?

First one's ending was horrendously bad and the second was all around meh. As someone who likes the games I can freely admit this.
Holy shit, the cyborg guys look badass! The weapon models are sex, too
God I fucking love the voice of that guy that turned into a demon or something.
CHARLEEEEES! ATTEND!
The big daddy raven thing is the old man at 2:40.
the "hey, take it back!" part made me lol.
This is so awesome.
I swear I never see you post anything positive, ever.
I think this looks pretty awesome.
What can I do, this trailer IS scripted.
Fucking scripted
I'm hoping it's implying that most of the game is similarly scripted

meh who cares, that looks sexy as fuck, specially the new "plasmids" with crows.
Dude if every second of the game was like that it would easily be best FPS of the year.
no but I mean think of how awesome it would be if you're constantly having conversations and shit like that
and this is an actual level, I remember them describing the bar part

If it will be so scripted through the game, might aswell call it a movie with few interactive parts.
what the hell happens with the poster thingy at 1:45 onwards? As if it somehow changes the text that's on it. Mind control anyone?
But, looks pretty cool.
That would explain why that guy was preaching/campaigning to nobody.
Wow, I'll keep an eye on this. There has always been something clearly recognizable with Bioshock's graphics that has irked me somehow (despite excellent artwork it could have looked much grittier) and this game showed more of the same, but from what I can tell here these characteristics just enhance the city's beauty.

all the actual action parts looked for real, the only scripted thing was that whatsherface was helping you, which isn't a big deal on gameplay and yet looks damn awesome
I'm kinda annoyed by the glows on the characters models to be honest.
I still want system shock 3 :( At least Both one and Two aren't just awesome place where everyone went insane. Which I assume this will be again.
This makes me want to get into the Bioshock series.
Looks like they improved the combat from being clunky and stupid to sort of good-ish
Must have, release day.

Except for terrible aim of the player I don't see much of a difference.
How can you like this?!
Looks great. Glad to see the gunplay looks better.
What's up with so much being scripted though? Looks like the game takes control of you a bit too often but perhaps it's just the way the player plays, I don't know.
And I'm really digging the art direction. Especially on Elizabeth and her enormous cleavage.
Don't see how this is gameplay.
The transition from cutscene to player control looks seamless, all I hope is that there aren't too many cutscenes. Here's hoping this is just one linear, scripted path, and that while there are many like it and equally awesome, thee are also a bunch of freeroamy levels too.
God, one gameplay trailer and people already worrying about too many scripted scenes.
There will be much more gameplay videos until it is released and then we can base our opinion on those gameplay videos, they just made that many scripted scenes because they wanted to attract players to it. I wouldn't like a gameplay video of a player running around and gunning something during the whole video (with some few scenes and stuff), it's the creativity they put into the game and I hope they stick by it because even if I wouldn't play much I would still enjoyed it, not like a game but like a movie.
I hope it turns out good.
Cool, looks like a Bioshock game I can actually get into.
Scripted, obviously.
