FF handles this the same way any browser handles it. They're encrypted (as far as I know), but anyone with physical access to the PC will be able to easily get them. Also, you can set a master password if you're still worried.
Now I'm paranoid people are going to do this to me :ohdear:
Now I'm paranoid people are going to do this to me :ohdear:
If you live with other people, just setting a windows password and locking your pc when you're away is good enough to keep out all but the most determined asshole.
The fact that you compare minor internet fuckery with rape is actually really insulting. It's like when Sylvia Plath compared her dad leaving her to the holocaust. [editline]08:44PM[/editline] What is his mindset? That you should be careful because people can fuck your shit up? that isn't idiotic
No. His mindset is that if you don't take measures to protect things, it is your fault when scumbags rob you.
You're a shitty friend OP :saddowns:
Yeah I've grabbed passwords this way before, but I set my Firefox to remember half of my passwords.
It also shows that I have a saved password for a porn site I would not be happy with others finding out about.
heh, your post reminded me of a site I had... Thankfully recently had to reinstall Firefox, so it's gone now.
