This mostly applies to male on male but lasting too long can be pretty tiresome for the other partner as well in the long run.
It applies to everyone. Lasting too long leads to a) tired as fuck partner (if you go through all the way); b) being constantly sexually frustrated due to lack of complete satisfaction.

I still fap once or twice a day. Think this will still effect me?

If you want to fuck a long time, it's not really gonna get your lady tired since she can just lie down or bend over and not move. Unless you meant bored... or having too much... But then again, it's a good thing if you're in sync in bed so find yourself a girl with similar libido.
Why are always the adults talking about how kids think that sex must be like it is in porn? Why can't they just talk to the kids and let them speak for themselves, I watched my first porn with 11 years and even then I knew that it is not real. Kids are not stupid, it seems that adults seem to forget this. Just think about it, do all kids think all the movies they watch are real? Fucking Star Wars?
i uh.... knew what sex was, pretty much when i hit puberty at 11. a rather informative booklet given at school had pictures and information about sex and puberty. a google search there and you're about five clicks away from porn.

http://www.sex.com/ is actually a very underrated porn site.

It's less about the object and more about the subject, and most "subjects" know how to deviate reality from fantasy (something most children learn to do at a very young age, even without parental guidance). There are still some people that can't make that distinction, but not knowing that sex isn't really like porn is the least of their problems. And if you worry that your child can't make this distinction, then sit down and talk to them about it like any good parent does. And yes, making masturbation habitual (mainly to the point where you can't help yourself at certain intervals) can obviously become very unhealthy in the long-term, but you can say that about plenty of otherwise healthy and natural activities, you just need to make sure that your child knows not to do it excessively or habitually. It's called self-restraint. All that said, I actually have no problem with this specific project. Its goals are sound enough and they have a fairly realistic perspective on the whole debacle, even if it is basically just a glorified and mildly-pretentious amateur porn site.
I cannot sympathize with the parents who say porn is "unrealistic" and not "love". Of course it's not real love, the performers are selling the idea of sex to you. Just like hollywood sells the idea of being a badass, I don't protest because Jason Statham didn't really survive an exploding building.

It makes me want to check their lifesigns haha. And besides, yeah, the constant friction, no matter the amounts of lubricants and pace, causes pain. So most of the time making your dick finish it when it doesn't really want to is not an option. I have this problem from time to time. Frustrating.

If you want to go for a long time and have strength for it and your girl wouldn't mind a long fuck but she's getting tired, she can just lie down or bend over and you can go for as long as you want. And for the friction, if there's too much friction (and you're not doing something weird or you're not having sex for few hours straight) then there isn't enough lube.
Parents should have talked to their children about sex before they come into contact with porn. Women love the path towards penetration a lot more than penetration. On average actual penetration only lasts 3 to 5 minutes.
"A former porn star who provides an unlikely voice of reason" Because all porn stars are degenerates who think children should watch porn, right?
