Man that annoyed me so hard when I saw it, glad I'm not the only one who noticed.
Maybe it's just me but small errors like that can really take you out of the immersion.

Is the US adaptation still planned? Last time I heard about it it was by HBO with Fincher directing.
Fincher's directing each episode, and the writer from his most recent movie will be writing each episode.
