If it is a success = Peter will be rich and the cube will be opened fairly soon and the winner won't reveal what's inside.
If it is a flop = some random dude in Russia year 2015 will boot up the game, take the final hit and won't reveal what's inside.
Either way, we will get dissapointed, Peter will get money.
Honestly he has surprisingly very much cool game concepts, if the money would all go to him he could fun his own games since he just started a new studio.
The "Last days on Earth" sounds very cool
What if there's a sphere inside the cube?
[editline]22nd August 2012[/editline]
Only one single guy will find out what's inside, so if he doesn't tell anyone that kind of sucks for someone who's spent like days hacking away with their expensive chisel.
Ah, so only one guy figures out what's at the center.
I was wondering what the point of playing at all was if a bunch of people were going to figure out and just tell everyone. Unless there was some actual reward for getting to the center.
Data mining > Mining the actual cube.
Your move Peter moneylux
Playstation 4 with a retro Playstation 2 interface.
In the end it can't really fail if its just an experiment right?
this will be an interesting experiment none the less regardless of what is in the cube. More of a test of human curiosity and how much we would go for just to see what is in the cube and whether people would share such a secret or whatever
I've an interesting idea.
What if he put a key inside the box?
When the winner opens the cube:
Peter: CONGRATULATIONS SIR! You have just opened me one million dollar curiosity cube!
Player: Oh great! What do I win?
Nothing!
W-wha?
Now get out.
GET OUT
GET OUT YOU'RE SPOILING ME MOMENT
Can someone please give this guy enough budget to at least release one game that are the same as his claims.
I'm sick of getting mediocrity and then his apology.

Hey 2 wasn't that bad, it just completely lacked any challenge due to the fact that you can't die and there way no reason to do side missions since renown was a shitty reward, but other than that it was pretty good.

Pretty sure he thought of that

I don't know why but there is something about Peter Molyneux that I just like.
It'd be a much, much better social experiment to... not. Let whoever gets there first decide whether or not to tell everyone.
But what if it actually was one of the most amazing things ever created, but the guy who found it out just told everyone it was Dickbutt or something. Everyone would be wrongly accusing Molyneux for ripping them off when in reality it actually was the greatest thing ever?

Did anyone ever find out what this was?
I guess it's a neat little social experiment.
But it has the potential to be one of the worst things ever.
No matter what it is it will be a let down
