Don't use 0.0, XD, :), lol, ^_^, and ect. It really makes you actually look like a 13 year old, and it's quite annoying.
As for the trench coat, it may seem cool on other people, but there is a high chance you will not look good in it, notice how the people who where them are above 6ft tall, have a killer stach or beard and a nice accent. There's a good chance you have neither of those, I went threw this stage just like you at one point.
The coolest outfit there is, is the one that you make for yourself. I see that you are from Canada also, so there is a exeption of you getting one due to them being great for the cold, I have a wool greatcoat that my grandfather gave me to use, it's great and everybody wants to borrow it at times. Also along with it is a rabbit fur ushanka that my other grandfather passed down to me, along with this are a pair of old work boots and some gloves. All of thease I have gained throughout 5 years and composed my own outfit.
Buying the whole outfit is kind of lame for when you get them people ask where you got them from and you say " I bought all of thease so I could make this costume" instead of saying "oh this is my grandfathers greatcoat, he used it during the war when he was in Berlin and was great, he has used it ever since and has finally decided to give it to me"
Go see you relatives, ask them if they have any old war stuff, or see if your dad has his old motorcycle jacket. When you have all the stuff they have given you and see how useful they all are you can come up with a good daily outfit to wear. Though usually it's best to wear one thing at a time unless it's winter.

Just wait a bit, probably by the time your 15 you will be 6'1 or 5'9, then would be a suitible height for sporting a longcoat. When I was 14 I was 6'2 and a half, now I'm 6'7, but when I was 12 I was 5'6, though I still think that's pretty tall for that age. Anyways you will probably have a spurt later on, trenchcoat at 5'1 is just impossible, eat tons of meat and run/bike alot and you should grow, though genetics plays a big role in this.

Well the good thing about trench coats/great coats is they leave PLENTY of room to grow into. You're supposed to get one that is over sized so you can wear your everyday clothing/jackets under it, then you take the coat off when you get to where your going. If you get one that fits you just on it's own then they do look pretty bad.
I haven't found a better piece of clothing than my M40 Greatcoat.
I never leave on a trip without it, doesn't matter where I'm going or what time of year, at the very least it makes for a very warm blanket or a good pillow at night.
I enjoyed reading through this whole thread and discovering the truth about the 13-year old Canadian midget.
