In-N-Out is the best omfg Also reppin' San Mateo/San Francisco
SF is lame. Bay Area should be called the San Jose Bay Area, 1 million people, center of the Silicon Valley which is the current cultural center of THE WORLD. SF Bay Area makes people think you're a hippy or a flamboyant homosexual, or both. [editline]27th January 2014[/editline]
Isn't it awesome
No, it's actually not because we have no water.
408 resident here. Hang out with a bunch in 510 too. Silicon Valley has it's pros and cons. I just love being in the middle of everything. Plenty of beaches within an hour, San Francisco just an hour away. Couple hours to the mountains, LA a few more away, and tons in between.
408? Me too!! Can you give a ... place for reference?
I'll probably move from the Inland Empire to the bay area some day so I can be around the amazing food and endless concerts.

To me at least, it seems to be a more tourist friendly city than San Francisco. Obviously taking a short vacation in a city is completely different than living there, but ye, I wouldn't mind staying in LA for an extended period of time again.

I live in a nice part of LA and I go to school in the Valley which also nice. In the Valley, though, once you go about 2 - 3 blocks past the 101 freeway (going north), it get's pretty shitty real fast (compared to the facilities and cleanliness prior to that). Same goes for downtown LA, Santa Monica, Burbank, and probably all over. Since LA is so large and spread out, it tends to be bi-polar. At the same time, that probably goes for any city really.
LA is a lot more then downtown.
Downtown LA is starting to get a bit better too.
Landed back in Sacramento yesterday. Feels so good to be home.
562 o'er ere
Valley Center, here. We have farms and more farms. Want to go to the movies? 25 miles that way. (Cheap land though)
I live in the middle of nowhere by the Southern border. Going into crowded urban areas fills me with terror.
530 yeeeeeee! we are famous for over-entitled kids, meth and gold discovery!
So... how about this weather Around here it was just a few degrees too cold for nice cool weather and it was too windy

I love how we have so many different music festivals in California. Even though the drive can be long, it usually is worth the trip. I drove 8 hours up to NorCal to go to the Sierra Nevada World Music Festival (basically a 3 day reggae festival).
