Somewhat. I'm not that butthurt anyways since the Collector's Edition doesn't come with a physical release, which is usually why I buy collectors. Digital-Only release I don't have too much interest on collector edition stuff.

I canceled my PC preorder and am going to get the Switch version instead. There's no excuse for a PC release of a game like this to have to be delayed last minute.

The physical collector's edition is still supposed to be releasing on August 15th, even for the PC version- it's just that the code in the box won't activate the game until August 29th on Steam, however it will activate a copy of Sonic the Hedgehog 1 in the Sega Mega Drive & Genesis Classics.

I'm really hyped about this release, it really looks like the team did a great job of capturing that nostalgia.
