graphics are only different because the first footage was on a PC and all the most recent is on a console.

This is the shot that I'm most interested in myself. Hopefully this is an indication of some cool side-quest chain involving a murderous cult you get to investigate.
I'm withholding my comment about his personality and appearance until the game comes out- this could be a big ol' trick and his personality hasn't changed at all ingame. Colonial Marines proved that it is really easy to hide the realgame.
