No, I'm pretty sure it's religion. Religion upholds and reinforces that ignorance. For instance. Sodomy is bashed in the bible. Now Carbon Knight, I don't know you but you may like a dick in your ass. So religious people are automatically offended because it's preached in their book that you are evil for doing so. The would would be a terrible place without religion because our society would not be as civil but at the same time there would not be as many wars. It has it's pros and cons.

As I said before, morality is a simple equation of benefit for you and your species vs detriment to you and your species. You don't need Allah to tell you that beheading someone is a detriment to the species. Religious morality however, can easily be skewed by highly illogical thinking, mass amounts of followers can easily bring about irrational and dangerous actions which are applauded by the others as it forwards their own ideology. This is dangerous as it can and has pitted humans against each other.

People got along and obeyed the bible and refrained from raping stealing and maiming eachother for the most part right?

meanwhile the cop was obviously ordered to move them off, he just added a pretty cool rant to the end
How about freedom of education? You know the very tight religious groups don't allow free speech in their house?
What do you mean? Badass cop by the way. Anyone knows whether they went to court regarding this or not?
That guy with the moustache should be promoted.
If Mayhem themselves were at this festival they wouldn't need cops to get rid of these morons.
They could just take their heads and put them on pikes by the stage :buddy: (Yes they actually do stuff like that :v:) Also, the protesters were completely in the wrong. They were on private property. The other people had either bought tickets, or were waiting in line to buy a ticket. Those guys neither owned tickets nor were they in the queue to buy them, they were trespassing.
WTF are they doing to that poor pig head [editline]01:24AM[/editline] also heres the song lyrics WUB wub wubu rawrrararararaschiitt slabalsalsalslaslalslwuwuwuwuwwuwuwuwuwuwuwRAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Wtf is up with the pig head?
Was the place where they were protesting really private property? Because it looks public to me, and the amount of people in the background makes it more likely to be public. The policeman had absolutely no right to kick them out of the place if it was public, since they have a right to free speech and it is protected in any public place; no matter how crazy their ideas and beliefs may be, they still should be allowed to express it without being thrown out of a place. But if it was private then the police had the right to move them from a private place where they were causing a disturbance to another place. Also, the cop was far too unprofessional, taking advantage of his powers far too much and engaging in a far-to-obvious ego-trip. Second, these officers need a refresher in the judicial system, especially the man at the end who went against the right of a person to video-tape in a public zone, especially something like this. Well, there is quite a bit of controversy surrounding photographs and videos of police and whether it is allowed or not; with most of the police trying to use some legal loopholes that are inherently unconstitutional but are not labeled as such. Basically, to understand this situation better we need to know exactly what happened. And we don't, so we can only go off what we have seen and I have stated my opinion above.
No, it was private unless you purchased a ticket for the event. Also, you're not allowed protest during an event like that. I wanna go to Mayhem(Not for protesters, for the metal)
Why can't we just all get along and not look at people for what they listen to or what they believe.
Why can't we just all get along and not look at people for what they listen to or what they believe.
because that's not how the world fucking works.

They were being told to stop taping because he was handcuffing the guy. What was he going to do, tape the camera to the side of his head so he can keep filming his way back to jail?

Their "FEAR GOD" shirts made me laugh.
Do these people have NOTHING better to do than go to concerts and piss off people?
religious protesters: Unimaginative arseholes, or THE BIGGEST, OLDEST AND MOST EXPERIENCED FORM OF TROLL EVER SPAWNED BY HUMAINTY? I just blew this case WIDE open.
My friend goes to these, he told me a story that Marylin Manson went up there and they threw empty beer bottles at him until he left the stage and they took all the scene and emo kids that were there and threw them into the center of a moshpit.
