He's now a heavy metal lover (was a techno lover before) and parties every fucking week and when his parents are not at home he takes their car even though he doesn't have a drivers license. His parents are really harsh, which I also think is part of the reason why he has become such a "rebel" and an idiot in certain aspects. He's actually a pretty nice fellow, but goddamn, he really follows the teenage trends by the book and goes by everyone of them and does idiot shit like arranging parties at his home without the parents agreeing to it when they are away for a day, and as said, drives their car without a drivers license.

I was all "Anime is fucking awesome and American entertainment is complete crap" before, but that's stupid. Now I've seen a lot and it's more like "Anime and American entertainment and everything else is complete crap", becuase there is no difference. After you've seen 20-40 shows you've almost seen it all. Like with any media there are a few golden ones inside a pile of shit. Over 100 anime shows are made a year, out of them about... 5-10 of them are actually worth watching and maybe 2-3 of them are great/awesome.

I love The Lord of the Rings, but I don't wear pointy ears, become an expert in archery and swords, speak Quenya, or go on epic quests to save the world from evil shit. But it would be fun though.
