Yeah no they're home and forgot to mention it. Not like I waited for one of them on another night because they were too drunk to get in a taxi. I'm kinda pissed off.
Sorry but in a busy club if you're not with them there's literally 0 chance of them finding you.

I messaged asking where they were, they saw it and left. Plus the club wasn't huge so it was 100% doable. That said, I'm not exactly going to hold a grudge I just didn't appreciate being left across the city from my flat.
My student loan has come in, meaning that my savings from before hand should be free. Gonna check budgeting but I think that I might be able to finally buy my new GPU (I can live off my loan, the GPU would come out of saved work money).

Don't think anyone's going to judge if you're ill. Just get better :)
Routing issues at uni seem to mean I can't WoW, but then maybe that's a good thing lol. Still joining the csgo team.
I just got back from the Labour club social, was pretty great. Even if I'm actually not that loyal to Labour, seems I just made friends with some pretty great people. Also I have a t-shirt with a bunch of harambe memes written on it so there's that.

Our local lib Dems have got involved in the internal university politics because the union spent stupid money on rebranding SUSU to Us. so they are campaigning to "Make Us. SUSU again". There's also Onion Southampton which is hilarious.

Also, my flatmates are at the foam party (I CBA with losing my eyes) and I'm guessing it's hard to see seen as my flat whatsapp is currently:
Where are you?

Where are you guys?
Warwick seemed to sell 1000 freshers tickets for 4000 students so they all sold out in 1 day (not joking), gonna see what to do when I get there
Our halls committee president sent this to the fb group:
Whoever took my hat needs to give it back
Our flat ordered pizza and everyone is just gathered around guarding it like they're golem with the ring. The foam party rekt them all.

unions have a marketing budget and i don't think it's totally unfair to spend it
[editline]30th September 2016[/editline]
if i was an RA you bet your sorry ass it would be a route to selling weed en masse to freshers

They took money from societies and shit and called in old unprovable debts to do it, from what I've heard.

It's not your eyes you lose, it's your lungs. I made the mistake of going to one a few days back and breathed loads of that shit in by accident. Still not fully recovered

that poor management
i work for an SA with a turnover of £18m and we had people get in a twist over a 5k rebrand lol
Wow settling into uni this week (not freshers week) has been great. Met a bunch of people in my lectures and seminars who're really nice, and it's a huge confidence boost.
Sadly can't go to freshers stuff in the evenings though since I have to catch the bus in, and last one home leaves at 5:30 :(
[editline]p[/editline]
Sorry to hear that it hasn't been going as well for some of you guys so far, I'm sure you'll get to know people quite well over the coming weeks!

Meet some peeps n stay at theirs or stay out all night
Just be drunk and tell someone you can't find you way home they'll probably let you sleep on couch or something
Just learnt my man drives around mostly coasting everywhere with the clutch down. He's stubborn so hr can't accept that's not how you're supposed to drive. He's been driving for less than a year and has scraped the side of his car by relying on a reversing camera and destroyed a tyre driving into a curb.

Wait, that isn't how you are supposed to drive? Huh.
I was joking, just wanted to clear that up.
Wait, that isn't how you are supposed to drive? Huh.
Not sure if you're joking, but no. You should only use the clutch pedal changing gear and when coming to a stop/launching
Or for those sweet clutch kick doriftos
on the way back from being out I infuriated some lads by telling them their dad can't swim after they shouted & beeped their horn at my group
they actually threatened to stab me
because I said their dad can't swim
