I'm deliberately making sure I don't get enough sleep tonight in order to be able to sleep through exhaustion tomorrow.
Is nobody acknowledging that the UK is absolutely demolishing the Olympic medal ranking table?
I've been watching pretty much everything in the Olympics, yes

We're doing great, but it's not unexpected really. I mean we usually finish 3rd behind USA and Russia, but Russia has a somewhat depleted pool of athletes for obvious reasons which is why we're 2nd. Not that we don't deserve what we got mind you.
THis olympics has really kicked my sleeping pattern into shit though :/
It makes me feel bad when a 16 year old is winning medals and I couldn't be bothered to revise properly at that age.
Yesterday was a rough day. Could eat my Greggs properly thanks to dental work. Thank fuck for the NHS as I've seen the pricing for private filling work and I don't want to live on the streets. But I honestly cannot recommend going to the dentist two days in a row. Oh well, at least it should be over today.
fucking hell I'll be 20 in a couple weeks lads. where does the time go

I know, I work there.
Anyone know of a good reliable courier service? (UK mainland, dont need to send anything abroad) Hermes seems to think they've picked up my parcel from my house but it's still sitting in the hallway. Fucking muppets.
Ordered one of those Razors by mail things.
Arrived this morning personalised with my name.

Works so much smoother than the Gillete razors I was using before. (And the Tesco own brand razor I tried shaving with before that ripped off like a cm of skin and now no facial hair grows there. Fucking tesco)

Have you been stabbed yet?
No, and only one attempt to convert me to Islam, so honestly I'm not doing too badly.

But you have to go past all the homeless on that stretch between the trains/buses and the mall, right?

There's normally only one there. Its on the other side of the mall/in the tunnel under the ring road where I see most of them. They're never a problem though. Plus dad normally gives me a lift so I don't need to get the train :v:

Ahh, I'm always on the other side of town when I go to Luton. The side with the only fun stuff for miles around.
I've been given a work laptop and it's terrible. It's the worst computer I've ever used. It makes me want to dash it into the wall
Windows is always doing something using all of the processor and all of RAM all of the time. It previously had Windows 8 on it and that was a bad install as well, so we did a fresh install of windows 10 and it's just as terrible.
On paper it should be fine, but it's slower than the Pentium desktop I normally use at work.

What razor is that?
I've tried a few multi-blade razor and they all seem shit. Been tempted to try and use a safety razor but can't be fucked with the learning curve and having a cut up face for a few weeks. The best i've found has weirdly been the cheap Bic 2 bladed "sensitive" ones, never cut me and never seem to get blunt.

It's from Cornerstone, a razor by mail service. Was £4 (usually £14, but you get £10 off if you get a promocode/someone refers you) for the Razor Handle Personalised (free for the first order) and 6 blades.

Christ, I sound like a shill.

Just got home to find out neighbours have moved the fence another foot into our property. They even cut a patio tile to do it.

That's fucked. Get onto the land registry if they're encroaching
Dad's going over there tomorrow morning and will have a word with them, and if not we'll have to do that. Where we live a square metre of land is worth 6 or 7 grand so it's not on.
