I don't suppose one of you awesome lads could do me an avatar at all please? I had no idea what i want other than something orange/yellow. I try and make one myself, but when i do that, i get bored of it super quickly. And i normally end up liking things people make. As you can see, my current one is shit and didn't do what i wanted it to. I'd appreciate it alot! Thanks!
You could ask in Avatar Requests.

Yeah that one's a head fuck, kids born on y2k (as it was known) have done their gcses. I remember watching the millennium fireworks. And going to the millennium dome, it was pretty cool (as a kid) it'd be nice to be able to visit as an adult. Although the tech would be crap and it'd be an actual museum. There was alot of hype for year 2000 babies and how they were being born in a great and optimistic time and would be the most well off generation yet.

That showjumping final was actually so intense, given that it was something I had never watched. One penalty and you're gone
Girls hockey final, cmon girls.

Lads I'm in need of some ID. I need to get an official Id card of Somesort since I can't keep bringing my passport out for piss ups. I heard you can get Provisional drivers licence but it can be up to like 50 quid to get one printed. Anyone know of any cheaper alternatives?

Just bought myself the provisional drivers license today actually. Using my several years old passport photo apparently
Just bought myself the provisional drivers license today actually. Using my several years old passport photo apparently
I got a provisional at 19 with my passport photo from 13. Yeah, looks like me still honest guv'nor.
literally all I've ever used my provisional for is buying booze

if you get a citizencard prepare to have issues with: anything to do with the bank anything to do with a club that can't use scanners anything to do with buying a house other than that they're good for getting in to bars and getting served when you don't wanna bring something more expensive for ID
I am no conspiracy theorist... but I am almost certain that the 4x400m DQ was deliberate to allow Brazil through. There is no evidence either way, no real explanation for what it actually was, and the DQ allowed Brazil through. Extremely shady but not something I would put past this games. [editline]20th August 2016[/editline] They didn't even publicly state which changeover they were unhappy with!
When did they stop issuing physical cards for National Insurance numbers? I got a wonky-printed letter from HMRC today.

Well, we can just mourn while cuddling our 63 other medals.
Mo farrah just stormed it again
Anyone watch that UFC Match?
Anyone got a suggestion for a good laptop from £600 - £800? It needs to be able to max Dota 2 and CS:GO preferably, and not be too heavy as I want to use it for schoolwork as well. Also would want a microphone on it but most have them nowadays.

Shouldn't be hard to do with that money and the specs nowadays tho (just look for something with a good dual gpu). It's bound to have a shite battery life though

I actually meant an intel hd graphics to main when not gaming and then a good GPU instead of 2 good GPUs cause im a cheap fuck btw.
I actually meant an intel hd graphics to main when not gaming and then a good GPU instead of 2 good GPUs cause im a cheap fuck btw.
Yeah, I have that in my current laptop. It still gets rather hot when just using the Intel GPU. Especially for an extended play session.

As long as he gets an i5 + a good GPU rather than bottlenecking. I wouldn't be too obsessed over definitely having to max it out though, as long as you get good fps
