I can do a generic face for each species/gender combo, but I can't do a specific character. If I could, though, I've already got a long list. Sheogorath, Emperor Septim, Martin, Janus Hassildor, Haskill, Syl, Thadon, Agronak Gro-Malog and the Adoring Fan, in that order. Probably with a few of my characters done as well. In other news, I'm getting a small team together for BitWar. I've already got a modeler, but I'm looking for a concept artist, and maybe a mapper. Less than five people, total. Testers will come later. The voting is still on for second place, though. And I can change things if there's a HUGE spike in demand for something else.
I've already started work on BitWar, since it pretty much can't lose at this point. Right now, I'm just remaking the old maps, because they were really poorly-made. I'm still looking for any concept artists or mappers that are willing to help, by the way.

Well, BitWar is well underway. I've got three of the original maps made to work (with improvements), and one that is making the Source engine crash. I'm slowly coding in the new weapons, and I should be in a very rough alpha by next week. I'm considering starting a development blog or something like that; would anybody be interested in that?
[b]MAJOR UPDATE[/b] I have made my decision. Yes, the voting doesn't close for another day, but I have chosen anyways, for reasons I will explain at the bottom of this post. [b]Final Legend[/b] This project is now on indefinite hold. I will not be actively working on it, but I will be ready to begin work at any time. I may turn the script into a fanfic, but probably not. In any case, while I am still interested in working on it, I will not be doing so for some time. [b]BitWar[/b] BitWar is now in active development. I am currently rewriting the code and porting over the old maps. I have a modeler who is ready to begin work as soon as I get him some concept art. If there is anyone interested in working on this (in a role other than tester), PM me. [b]Oblivion Porting[/b] While it did (narrowly) win second place, I am not going to be working on this for the foreseeable future. Mainly because I'm not really interested in this. [b]Project Horizon[/b] This project is on hold until BitWar is done. I do intend to begin actual game work on it soon after BitWar, and I am open to coordinating an art team while coding for BitWar. Basically, this is my next project. If you want to start on the art side, go ahead an PM me, and we'll figure something out. [b]Starship Kypris[/b] Well, this project was met with a resounding silence. I might get some of the maps into publishable state, but other than that, I have no plans to work on this for the foreseeable future. [b]Project Overture[/b] While I will still be working on this on the side, I am putting BitWar ahead of this, for now. After BitWar is in a working state, I may publish a series of shorts introducing the main characters before beginning with Project Horizon. The main reason I am making this decision today instead of tomorrow is because I will be AFK most of the day tomorrow, and the day after, on a short trip to take reference images for Project Overture. I probably won't even have a net connection for most of it. On Monday, I will begin full work on BitWar, which I expect to put in public beta sometime in September, and finished sometime in November. After that, I will publish a few short animations or stories from Project Overture, and then reassess the situation. Unless things have changed significantly, however, I will then begin work on Project Horizon.
Well, after struggling with the code for about a week, I have just one conclusion: The Source engine code [b]sucks[/b]. Sure, the engine itself is pretty good, but the gameplay code is held together by duct tape, spit, and not questioning why it works. I've somehow managed to make it completely unplayable merely by coding in another weapon. It literally came with more bugs than I can fix in a month. I now remember why I quit Source modding. Long story short, I will not be releasing it as a full Source mod. Instead, I will be coding it as a Garrysmod gamemod, simply because relearning Lua is far easier than dealing with Source's shit directly. If anyone at Valve is reading this, you seriously need to go through your code and clean it up. Don't worry about adding features, just go through everything and make it into something reliable and clean. Then you can worry about DirectX 11 support or whatever else Marketing wants.

I just liked them too much to remove. Besides, it's good cover. Programming is going a lot slower than I'd hoped, but I'm starting to ask around for help with the problems, and I should still be able to meet the schedule, unless I have another flurry of inspiration for Project Overture. So, yeah. I'll probably make a separate thread in a few weeks when I can show videos of the gameplay.
