Not really in this case. Bieber's sort of the focal point, so it makes sense to center the spiral on him. It just so happens that the people immediately surrounding him are positioned accordingly.
But it doesn't line up with any of their faces. Like it intersects each person at a different point on their bodies so the spiral is just arbitrary.
Obviously they're not going to perfectly align 'cause it's not a posed pic, but the fact that they align even roughly is pretty cool.
