Science can not do everything because science is limited to human knowledge and capabilities. Whilst a computer can technically calculate everything it won't be able to do it unless the humans program it to. The problem is that humans can't take in and process enough information to reach that point, they can't get close to it. Human information handling capabilities won't improve magically just because we know more. We can't know and process more information in our brain than we can. We use computers to do advanced calculations that we feed them with, but we have a limit to how much information we can handle and process which limits how much we can feed into a computer. The computers bottleneck is the programmer and the user. It can only do what it is told to do and we don't have the capability to use it to it's full potential.
