Then our cells replicate with defects, and things stop working, like pigment production in our hair. So eventually we would die from something being defected that shouldn't have. I believe with the speed of technological advancements along with the ability to extend our lifespans, humanity won't have a problem sustaining its existence, even with longer lives. The only real problems I see will be when religion kicks in. I'm not the most devout religious person, not even close, but it still bothers me once in a while to think about it. But man wouldn't it be kickass to live longer... That is to say, if the technology extending our lives also extends our body's health, because I'd rather not be frail and weak and be 200 years old. I'd kind of just be waiting to die at that point, since I wouldn't be able to do anything.
