someone should make a website full of play scripts and ascii images to flood the comment section
They should have added better YouTube integration into G+, not the other way around.
Or just keep them entirely separate. That would be nice.
"I really really want Google to implant this dead social media platform called Google+ in this widely used video site which is riddled with unintelligent conversations" Said no one.
Can we stop with the "its dead", it actually has a lot active accounts. Its just the the implementation is being forced.
Or just keep them entirely separate. That would be nice.
I don't see the issue with the G+ service getting improvements that don't effect YouTube. I'm saying Google did it the wrong way.
YouTube has been really bad the last few months for me. Anyone else have constant problems with buffering when you toggle full screen, change quality or skip ahead? Sometimes videos just simply refuse to play as well.
I got those fixed by removing all cookies related to Youtube from browser.
Incompetence.
YouTube is utter shit. It was mediocre back a couple of years ago. But you think with so much traffic and money it gets, they'd have a nice website by now. But they don't.
Maybe it's secretly an experiment to test us? How much shit will people take before they just leave?
loolololollo one of the comments people now do to show why the comment system is fucked is post the whole Merchant of Venice play script.
On Lowtax's video on the new comments, people were pasting erotic Sonic fanfiction.
You know, normally I don't mind the youtube changes, most of them give me convience when it comes to usage. This update though.. The most upsetting thing about this is that I can't even switch to a different service even if there was one, due to some voodoo magic, youtube is literally the only service that does not slow down because of my pc being a pile of poo.
Whoever thought it'd be a wonderful idea to integrate G+ into YouTube needs their head kicked in
For some reason everytime I watch a video in Chrome and Youtube decides to use the HTML5 viewer I can't move the volume control, but there are no issues with the Flash viewer.
I think what Google are trying to do is turn YouTube into the 'Facebook Video' of Google+. It's not a good idea, but that's what they're trying to do.
Whoever thought it'd be a wonderful idea to integrate G+ into YouTube needs their head kicked in
By a horse. While their families watch.
Can we stop with the "its dead", it actually has a lot active accounts. Its just the the implementation is being forced.
I has a lot of active accounts because google is making YouTube users sign up for it, or risk losing their accounts. ;D
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Expand+this+comment+%C2%BB this makes me so angry at google for allowing this bullshit, they should block videos with this title, or any other misleading related title because it makes people with epilepsy vulnerable. Even worse is that the comments that are promoting these videos appear at the top of the comments section by default.
Lol I can't even type in the comment box any more for some reason 10/10 would youtube again
Now I understand why people post random personal videos on Motherless. Maybe we should all take to that. Post our Let's Play's and funny cat videos on Motherless. Create a new era.
Here is the (semi) official thread on Google Product Forums: http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!starred/youtube/LUTDjJV_ykY
Why don't Google ever listen to us? :(
I'm surprised I don't hear people complaining more about the mobile website version of Youtube. They acknowledged it's been broken for some platforms 3 months ago; nothing has been fixed in that time. Prior to that, it was broken in all sorts of ways, and every update they push out fixes some bugs, introduces new ones, and brings back old ones (for at least a year and half or so; maybe longer). It's absolutely pathetic that such a ridiculously large company such as Google can't get their shit together with Youtube. [editline]a[/editline] To specify, I say "mobile website version" as in m.youtube.com, not the Youtube application for phones and such (which, as far as I'm aware, works fine; but it's not available on all devices). [editline]a[/editline] Also, videos longer than 1 hour are forced into hyper-low quality inexplicably. There's no way to view them in HD. Why
