Declare after you, thanks.
Keep in mind. Borders should be red. I don't mind some things like changing the annexation pattern, as long as its obvious. But border color should not conflict with other nations. Also, do not skip players unless it's been an hour. Do not change the picture format, and upload where it is not converted to JPG or any other format. Sorry for being strict, but these have been the rules since European War II. Diplomats from france have been sent to Neu Hollandiä, informing them that the Republic of France would like to keep rights to the area west of their nation. [editline]16th November 2013[/editline] Sorry for any mistakes I just made, I just had to do a huge sweep over the thread, and I can't seem to fix the error in the OP because the editor doesn't even load the post.
Declare.
Are those black lines roads? And if I were to send someone to discuss relationships, like a diplomat, should they have their own unit? IRL expands rapidly, but plans not to get to close to the Kingdom of Pechenegia, fearing what they might do. The population is growing tired of no food, shelter, or clothes. In repsonse, Yefim Stanislav convinces them to draft, saying that any military personal will help the country expand and thrive. (If possible, I'd like to research boats/a navy and what not, would that be ok?)

-snip- Edit: Also, why the hell does it say there is a second page? I can't even access it.
pls forgive i am blind
I guess he didn't, but thats fine. He's edited your changes into the map.
(Made some changes to country, not actual growth. Also [damaged] railroads. [Do note that dashed line railroads is just a variation, not an indication of damage]) The rebels have successfully taken over the loyalist capital. The people rejoice, and news arrives from the southern provinces. A Hollandiän diplomat is sent à la Française. CURRENTLY DISCLOSABLE INFORMATION: - Hollandiä respects the ROF's territory claims. - Hollandiä proposes trade agreements. - Further talks are ongoing. Another Hollandiän diplomat is sent to That one orange country (srs add it to the map key) CURRENTLY DISCLOSABLE INFORMATION: -Due to being connected to the Kingdom of Pechenegia via a river, they propose trade agreements.
-snip- Roads have been established for faster travel. After the recent request, more citizens were drafted. A diplomat is sent to Neu Hollandiä to discuss trade or *information withdrawn.* IRL takes a risk and establishes near the Kingdom of Pechenegia.
Declaring again, sorry I didn't post before, I wound up doing something, and I just got back. My apologies.
It's fine, just next time, if possible, let us know you are busy.
Neu Hollandiä would also like trade agreements with the IRL, but there is still the problem of transport. If the Kingdom of Pechenegia agrees to the proposed trade agreements this would be possible though.
The Independent Russian Legion does not have a sufficient economy to support transportation itself. IRL hopes to please the Kingdom of Pechenegia and lay down more land across the river.
-Roads are established throughout the GDR. -While establishing roads in the north, oil had been hit. The town near is torn down, and the government begins to drill. More coal veins had also been found while building the roads. -The GDR begins annexing the area beneath it's southernmost territories due to accounts of there being oil in the area. -The government puts into effect a nation-wide draft for the military, increasing it's infantry count. Though a growing army, it still needs much training before it is effective.
The UAR requests a Trade Agreement with the Sovereignty, stating that the coal would be much more useful for our current technology. There is also a message sent that a Supply convoy will soon be sent through to the IRL
Sorry for posting so many times without anyone in between, but declare. Forgive me, this must happen. Also, what the fuck are supplies for/ what do they do? Edit: UAR, may we give you thanks, comrades.
Sorry for posting so many times without anyone in between, but declare. Forgive me, this must happen.
If you don't have them, you can't use them unless you trade. It's importance depends mostly on how much people RP.
So like my countries could send supplies of like coal/oil if I want to RP that?
Population: 765,310 Economy: 6 Military: 4 Technology: 1 After a large amount of surveying, IRL has found a surplus of oil, increasing their economy greatly. The militia has been trained well, and is better than before. Tech hasn't changed much, no research has been dare touched. Again, expansion is the key to thriving.
How does traveling across water work? Does it take more than one map update, or can I just do it in one update? Sorry, I just want to make sure for when the opportunity arises.
Pictureless declare: Neu Hollandiä sends a diplomat to the GDR. In order to maximize the production capacity of it's steel mills, they require more coal. They propose a trade agreement, relying primarily on the trade of coal (and possibly oil) in return for refined minerals (metals). Of course, luxury goods and the like would also be traded, as per the norm.
You just play it out. If you are going over long distances, you can make it take multiple turns or not. Just keep in mind that if you're doing things such as war i'm more inclined to strike you down for powergaming.
Declaring.
-snip- Make that 3.
-As thought, the new annexed territory had been plentiful in coal. -Two regiments of soldiers are sent into the the new territory to make sure nothing is out of hand. -Roads are connected in the southern territories. The GDR is more than happy to accept Neu Hollandiä's trade offering. The GDR is hoping the trading routes will be planned out as soon as possible. -Due to the new found trade, and the boom of oil, the GDR finds it's economy raising to a 7/10. The people are now living more comfortably, and there is much less poverty within the country. [editline]16th November 2013[/editline] Oil* not coal. Sorry.
