Im tempted to say Russian drivers seem bad, but i know it's this bad in every country with cars. People are just careless regardless of the country they live in.
It does seem like Russians care less about getting small scuffs on their car . A lot of those scrapes i saw people continue driving.
It pisses me off to no end when I see people trying to turn from the wrong lane and causing an accident. I don't know if road rules are different in RU or what but its still an idiotic thing to do.
