If he believes y then that means he can't be white, because if he was white, he wouldn't believe y. He isn't white because he doesn't meet the definition of whiteness "WASP". "WASP" is a good definition of whiteness. I deny your last claim, that "'WASP' is a good definition of whiteness", by looking to the definition itself. "White Anglo-Saxon Protestant" is what "Whiteness" means. But the predicate white is used in the definition when it is supposed to be the thing defined. Therefore the distinction of WASP-Whiteness is false and so therefore too is your assertion that he is not white, and so too therefore your assertion that he believes y, or that he must believe y if he said x. At this point all you have is that he said x. Which, frankly, is useless given the principle of charity.
