They are fighting the gym leader. If they manage to actually win, that would be amazing.

Nevermind, everyone died!
This is like watching a blind person play pokemon.
Haha, what did they confuse the game, they selected save, highlighted 'no' but acted like they had hit yes.
Haven't been here at all--have they managed to get anything done in the game?
They're stuck in town now, I want to see a battle.
Watched them try and enter a Gym for like 30 seconds, was infuriating.
Oh fuck. They're fighting Misty.

Oh god what if they tried to do the Missingno glitch :v:
We're never beating this game
Currently fighting Misty. I can't believe they made it...

Now if only they could manage to save again :v:
RIP JWLVNOOOO :(
This is funnier then it has any right to be. I'm literally crying from laughing so hard
Finaly saved, time to talk about Bill again.
What are they supposed to be doing after beating Misty?
Cerulean City: The ultimate roadblock.
One guy also brought up a good point. Think about when they have to go through the Safari Zone for surf.
How would you set something like this up?

Limited text parser that ignores everything that isn't a GB input, run it on a bot and connect it to the Twitch chat.
Speaking of text parsers, I'd be interested to see if this could be done for, like, a Sierra adventure.

I understand the concept, I just meant are there programs out there already to this kind of thing, or did the guy who made this script it all himself

I'd assume it's custom, I can't imagine there being much use for something like this.
"start" shows up way more often than it brings up the menu, it's been quite a while since I played pokemon, do you have to stand still for it to actually work?
I would assume commands are being given way too fast for the game to handle so i think most of them are skipped
I left this on overnight and holy shit 10,000 viewers.
we just got like 12 A's in a row. :v:
"There's no will to fight!"
but srsly I want to setup an automated stream like this. Something half like this and half saltybet.
It's just so fuggin cool.

Twitch plays Tetris
I'm not really watching it, because its so slowly paced I can just check up on it every now and then, but I haven't closed the page since last night and I have the volume on. :v:
