I thought this game already came out for some reason.
Good thing I bought a quality game like Yakuza 0 this month instead of this.
isnt this from a preview copy, a wee different from the final code
Have to wonder how much will change since they have already shipped the code off.
Idk what's wrong with that guys After all the game is about robots
I felt like the game would have been better if it were more along the lines of Uncharted. As soon as they said it was open-world my hopes for it declined pretty quickly.
Open world use to be an exciting thing for games, now it's just a sign that a game will try to do everything possible and not particularly excel at any of them
Fun fact, the red head Aloy there is voiced by the same person who did Tiny Tina. Yep that's Ashly Burch. At least she's some decent VA talent
Brom's voice reminds me of this:
i don't see the appeal in this honestly, just looks like far cry primal, the character is annoying as fuck too, her talking every 5 seconds wasnt just an E3 thing
eh, it looks like it's just a bad side quest or something that could've been easily just been outsourced or just slapped together. if we've seen what's come out of the other E3 presentations then I don't think it'll be common to see this level of quality. It might just be a here and there situation.
I heard from someone who went to a preview that the facial animations and acting were generally good. But they basically got the full game to explore, so maybe they missed this. Of course we'll have to wait for full reviews to know for sure.
Already huge signs of graphics quality reduction since the E3 announcement.
Already huge signs of graphics quality reduction since the E3 announcement.
i dunno fam it still looks pretty good
For a second, I thought this was a sneak peak of the next Elder Scrolls.:v:
Nope, can't be Elder Scrolls, the scene featured 3 characters and 3 voice actors.
Zenimax won $500 million from the lawsuit with Oculus. That's enough to afford one more voice actor.
They can, but they won't because they can easily get away with not. Hooray for nobody holding Bethesda games to any standards!
I have no idea what to think of this game, like it looks really good but that doesn't matter if the game play sucks, I'm glad to see the voice acting is top notch though.
I'm getting some major uncanny valley vibes from their eyes...they seem to like, not move? Or not do subtle small movements I guess. Idk. It's creeping me out. Mostly the girls though, not the guy.
What the fuck that voice acting is just... what the fuck? how do you okay that? Normally I don't get all uppity about stuff like that, but jesus fucking christ that's just... that's horrible. the main character, brom, that other woman, that was just horrible voice acting
these days smart video game consumers should be avoiding open-world games like the plague because we just keep seeing this sort of thing over and over again
It's like they just slapped together the motion capture and didn't clean a damned bit of it. Hoo boy here comes the big AAA fuck up of the year. [editline]2nd February 2017[/editline] And that's not even touching on the voices, they don't feel like they belong there at all.
According to alleged leaked spoilers, [sp]the "humans" in this game are actually biomechanical robots that use biomatter to replicate in a manner that looks similar to human reproduction. Real humans have been gone for even longer than you are initially lead to believe[/sp]
Aren't they [sp]basically just still humans then?[/sp] [sp]If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, fucks like a duck. It's a a duck.[/sp]
they're ducks now?
All I'm saying is this ""twist"" is lame as hell. [sp]There needs to be some consequence for a twist, one that makes you reexamine everything. All this will make you do is say 'Oh, I guess they were robots then. Sort of".[/sp]
