If he falls and lands on someone, that's two dead people. Or at the very least, someone has to scrape him up off the ground. Hardly something that doesn't effect other people, it's just pure recklessness.

If he falls down, even if he doesn't hit anyone, he might end up traumatizing some people. Normal people don't expect to see a guy's body explode in front of them on their way to the supermarket.

There is always room for error no matter how hard you try.
I have done stupid shit on my motorcycle before looking back at it. I am skilled enough that the risk is/was minimal, but that does not make it any less stupid.
Just because someone might know how to do something skillfully does not change the fact what they are doing may or may not be stupid.
