He has pretty much made a vlog whenever something big happens in his life. About the only time he won't say anything in a vlog is when it comes to his personal relationships. For instance I had no idea for the longest time that he and Scarlett had broke up because he never talked about it. He also has never really made a vlog about getting a new girlfriend and when he does mention her he never says her name or goes into detail.
He's vlogged about his heart condition, his depression, his emotional problem, his fallout with TGWTG(granted this was in his To Boldly Flee commentary but still), and lots of other things.
