because super street fighter 2 turbo was the original name for the 5th installment of sf2. hdr is just turbo with hd sprites and online.

not to mention the entire soundtrack for hdr was remixed by ocremix team, hence why there's remix in the name.

They remade Super Street Fighter II Turbo, remixing it into HD, including the sprites, soundtracks, GUI, etc.
at this point i think the overly long names are just a running joke capcom have decided to continue
