I can't fucking handle this level of total ass-handery. I love it. I love it so much. Oh, it's so sweet.
the left one or right one
it is obvious which one it is.
Haha I knew Ian would call him out for trying to "Shame" him with the Slenderman Gangnam style video.
Leafy's got nothing right now, he'll just go there and find some petty new excuses and points and add "FUHHHKIN" at the end of the sentences again.
I love how Leafy tries to shame him with an old video, but this actually makes Leafy even more of a hypocrite, because back when Leafy barely had any subs he did Minecraft videos but he deleted them now.
This video just passed 10 million views

Nice.

judging by some random estimate I found saying a youtube ad earns ~18 bucks per 1000 views (after you account for how much you get per paid ad view and how many people [~15%] tend to actually watch through ads), soooooooo 10m would equate to $180,000 out of youtube's pocket per ad, and there are two ads on leafster's vid, raking in a potential $360k
this sounds incredibly wrong but damn if it's even a fraction of that, goddamn

It won't be that much because Ian's videos are most definitely demonetized

that's an extreme overestimation
average is like $1 or less for 1000 views
so a million views might get you $1000

Shutting off ublock origin, I get a banner ad at the start of the video and a banner ad halfway through on the original Content Cop. There's also an ad to the right of the video.

That an some creators have paetreons and day jobs, where doing a video is pretty much a good hobby for them to have, getting paid on the side means they can have a viable job with it.

Still a pretty good deal if you're a youtuber that gets millions of views per video.
Still a pretty good deal if you're a youtuber that gets millions of views per video.
well yeah but it's definitely not $18 per thousand views
socialblade estimates and such are super misleading

No. Watch h3's explanation of the new system. He just has to not tag weird shit

youtube heroes has a subtitle adding system for those who participate.
that can also be a way for youtube to see what your saying in videos and demonitize them.
iDuubz is a master puppeteer. He has Leafy doing all of the monkey tricks he advertised he would.
Let's see if he has more brains then chin and not fall into this new net. [sp]and that doesn't help either seeing how small it is[/sp]
I didn't even think of that one, and on that principal I'm sure it'd be just as abuseable by entry-level twats as the flagging system (which was at least hidden away behind a ranking/points/whatever system so you had to play nice to earn the tool)

Just because there's ads doesn't mean the money is going to him.
Is that Leafy guy still hurting from the #NoChin thing?
