Nah, I kinda think you missed the point. Ian doesn't give a fuck about bullying or ad hominem. He's just telling leafy to stop being a pussy and just outright bully when that's what he's trying to do, instead of hiding behind tactics so it doesn't seem like he's actually bullying.
Ian also found it ridiculous that leafy is totally okay with mocking other people's appearances, yet when it comes to his own shit, he does his best to hide it (hand over mouth all the time etc etc).
So the entire point of it was to tell leafy to stop being a pussy about being a bully and just bully, but be prepared to be made fun of himself whilst still having the balls not to try and hide. If I remember correctly, when Leafy donated 1000$ to FUPA, he secretly didn't want to, and was talked into it, by other youtubers, in order to redeem his shitty reputation. He was all pissy and butthurt about it. He's a real emotional asshole.
