his videos are really high quality. some are too goofy for me to enjoy, but the ones he puts serious time and effort into are so easy to watch. that 20 minute video seemed so quick, and I didn't get bored at all during it.

His complaint is that Leafy is bullying people for how they look like, while being very insecure about his own appearance, or on a similar note how he makes fun of people being awkward while being extremely awkward himself.

Indeed. I don't watch iDubbz much, in fact I've only seen his roast of Keemstar and Leafy, but it seems to me like what iDubbz does in these videos is he dishes out what his target serves.
When roasting Keemstar, who dishes out a lot of drama shit on other people, he countered by dishing a lot of drama shit on Keemstar.
And when roasting Leafy here, who dishes out a lot of personal attacks and bullying on things like physical appearance, he countered by dishing a lot of personal attacks and bullying on things like physical appearance on Leafy.
I don't think iDubbz is necessarily trying to "win" over anybody he roasts. I think it's more of a wake-up call to the people, with the message "If you dish it, you better be willing to be dished it."

It's a slippery slope for him to say he's fine with bullying, but I think it kinda solidifies the fact that he'll be honest about being a dick to someone, and why he thinks it's justified. Knowing idubbbz from his videos, I can trust the guy to only dish out that 'bullying' to people who deserve it. He's not trying to be some higher saint, he's basically seeing someone being a cunt and saying 'wow, what a cunt. I'm gonna give him a taste of his own medicine'.
