This was super brutal, I don't even know how Leafy could respond to this without making himself look worse considering his pathetic attempt at humor/insulting people was also just pulled apart and satirized so heavily if he responded in the same way he normally makes videos he would basically be confirming that this video is right about him.
I have never really seen Leafy's videos and never understood the deal, I heard about it quite late and I was extremely confused at trying to understand the whole situation because I honestly couldn't tell if any of the satire videos using the game/surf footage/whispery voice format was actually him or not.

Nah its just basically a disclaimer so that people cant do what they did to h3h3 and say "omg but ur just as bad ur bullying him!!" Ian is just saying "yeah I dont give a fuck about that" preemptively. Ian makes jokes about peoples appearances and whatnot in his videos but they're never the entirety of the video like they are with leafy.
Man when Ian just starts showing all those pics with him covering the chin and it's like damn he seriously does put effort into hiding that chin

h3h3 did address that concern though, he said that they don't make videos about vulnerable people with problems they can't control who aren't doing anything wrong, they make videos about channels they actually have issues with like the prank channels ETC.

it's pretty common people will form a habit of concealing features in photos (most people have a 'good side'), and while sometimes it's subconscious or entirely unintentional, it's painful how actively aware you can tell he is
slightly on the topic of calling out concealed features, this is reminding me of the time VNL called me balding because she noticed I was wearing a hat in every picture from a FP meetup along with some facebook profile pics. I'm not, hats as a part of my normal out-and-about attire :(

It's mocking leafy's attitude, the entire statement is blatantly advice everyone knows not to take to heart and the comedy stems from its absurdity and the fact the target of it all is getting the eye for an eye treatment through it.

sorry that i took it literally but with no prior knowledge of the channel i really didn't pick up on the sarcasm. i watched this video multiple times and found it kinda difficult to figure out the point he was trying to make or where he's being sarcastic. i did think he might be playing a character but it wasn't immediately clear.
