Steam should start a service that allows you to have global key binds.

You add keys like:
"Duck/Crouch:CTRL"
"Use/Interact:E"

Then the game uses steamworks to fetch that data to automatically set the keys.

Not a bad idea, but I know I would never use it. It really depends on the game for me. Sometimes I like toggle crouch, which I make C, or sometimes I like hold, which I make CTRL. Sometimes I like F to use, sometimes I like E. Again, just depends on the game.
